What the site collects

If you browse without sending a form, we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or health information. The website does not run advertising trackers, and it does not use Opinly or any other content-analytics pixel.

You choose what to send us through a form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, a subject, a message, a preferred store and time, a job designation, and a resume file.

Like most websites, the host that delivers these pages may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, so the site can be served and kept secure. Those logs are not used as a marketing list.

Tools we use

Google Analytics

Measurement ID G-YJ0E1FZ9XP. Google Analytics tells us which pages are opened, on what kind of device, and the general area a visit comes from. It uses cookies such as _ga and _gid. The script is not added to the page, and those cookies are not set, unless you accept analytics on this page. Leaving the choice unset, or turning analytics off, leaves it off. We do not use Analytics for ads. If you accept and later turn it off, this browser stops sending further Analytics hits and the Analytics cookies we can clear are removed.

Google Fonts

The site loads the Open Sans and Roboto typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com so text displays in those fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google. This is for appearance, not a separate analytics product, and it is not switched on or off by the analytics choice on this page.

Form handler

Contact, newsletter, refill, career, and chat messages are sent over HTTPS to a form workflow hosted at n8n.srv1393511.hstgr.cloud. That workflow delivers the message to the pharmacy so someone can read it and respond. It is not an advertising network.

How contact form data is handled

The contact form on the Visit our Pharmacy page asks for your name, email, subject, and message. When you press Send Message, those fields are posted to the form workflow above, tagged as a contact submission. Staff use them to answer the question you asked. We do not sell contact form messages, and we do not add them to an advertising audience.

Please do not put prescription numbers, insurance details, or medical history in the website form. Call the pharmacy if you need help with a prescription. The form is a general inbox, not a patient portal.

We keep a message for as long as we need it to reply and for ordinary business records. Email info@butterflyrx.com if you want us to delete a message you sent through the site. Other forms work the same way: the newsletter stores the email you subscribe with, the refill form stores the pickup details you submit, the career form stores your application and resume, and the chat form stores the message you send.

Cookies and similar storage

Your Accept or Decline choice is saved in this browser’s local storage under the name butterfly-analytics-consent. That record only remembers the choice. It is not shared with Google, and it is set only when you click a button on this page. Analytics cookies are added only after Accept.
